Ground Handling
Ground handling forms a great part of Airpro’s services. We offer ground handling services to airlines at 20 airports in Finland. We invest particulary in safety, service, high quality and cost-efficiency.
The services rendered to an airline include among other things the following functions:

- check-in services

- load and balance sheets
- flight operations and weather chart assistance
- water and toilet services

- ground power
- tracking of baggage and delivery to passengers
- passengers hotel arrangements in case of interrupted or cancelled flights
- notifications to passengers
- attending to unaccompanied children and passengers requiring assistance
- attending to flight crew, hotel arrangemetns and transports

Tampere-Pirkkala terminal 2 can be seen as a flagship of our ground handling services. Its operations model has been especially designed for charter flights and low cost airlines.
Due to its location, good connections and compact service entity, terminal 2 offers a more advantageous choice to cost-conscious clients.
Our terminal at Tampere-Pirkkala has continuously taken a place at the top in punctuality surveys made by Europe’s leading low cost airline Ryanair in its network of 92 airports in 2005.
