Make a report of delayed baggage according to the airline's instructions. The report can be made either on the airline's website by yourself (faster way) or on the PIR form at the airport's arrival service counter, the airline's website has instructions on how to proceed. After this, we will contact you when your baggage has been found and is ready for delivery.

We’ll call and agree with each passenger separately where the baggage will be delivered. Baggage is delivered either by land (Finland) or by air (Finland and foreign countries).
