The IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) is the International Air Transport Association's (IATA) audit program for ground service providers. The audit was conducted at Airpro's management and ground operations in autumn 2023. The airport audit at Helsinki Airport included Airpro's management system, passenger and baggage handling, load control, aircraft handling & loading and aircraft ground movement.

Airpro received its first ISAGO registration in 2015 and has renewed the certificate three times in 2018, 2021 and 2023.
