As one of Airpro’s key projects for the year 2018, Travel Service 24h at Helsinki Airport has undergone design and conceptual changes. The most visible part of the project was finalized recently when customer service, office and storage facilities were completely renovated. A fresh look and invigorating conceptual changes form the basis for the further development of service quality and customer experiences.
Says Business Development Manager Samu Noroaho: “Next we will be adopting a whole new storage system. Later on we will open an online store for our most popular products and services. With the appropriate tools and the changes that have already been made, our staff is better equipped for delivering enhanced customer experiences.”
Travel Service 24h is located at Helsinki Airport Terminal 2, ground level. The entrance is located near arrivals hall 2A.
