Our policies & certificates

We are a subsidiary of Finavia and are committed to Finavia’s Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct. We maintain an open reporting culture that supports proactive intervention to address issues that jeopardise occupational safety. We have a Whistleblowing-channel.

ISAGO and ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

ISAGO is the standardized and structured audit program of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) for ground service providers (GHSP). Airpro continues among the first ISAGO-registered ground service providers in the Nordic countries. We completed our auditing in 2023.

In 2024, we also successfully completed ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 audits at several stations, including Turku, Tampere, Vaasa, Kuopio, and Helsinki-Vantaa, and received the certification for our Ground Handling operations throughout the country. These certifications underscore our commitment to high-quality and environmentally responsible practices, enhancing our competitiveness and operational excellence.

Environmental management system training

Milestones for environmental impact awareness

We published our Environmental Management System (EMS) manual in 2024. It provides comprehensive guidelines to ensure environmental responsibility in all operations. This structured approach helps to reduce our environmental impact and also fosters sustainable development.

In 2025, Airpro took significant steps towards environmental impact awareness by implementing a new EMS online training for our employees. The training helps to understand Airpro’s environmental responsibilities and the role in our daily operations. It provides an overview of our operating environment, clarifies our environmental objectives, and strengthens awareness of potential environmental risks and the related risk management processes.

Code of conduct

We comply with ethical principles through our Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct ensures that our actions align with our principles, supports a respectful and inclusive work culture, and strengthens trust among employees, partners, and stakeholders. We also follow the Supplier Code of Conduct as a subsidiary of Finavia.
