Compliance with the law:
We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and directives in everything we do. Safe and efficient operations are a core part of our organizational culture. We work in a highly regulated industry with professionalism, safety, and quality at the forefront.

Our systematic development efforts have been recognized through the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) registration granted to Airpro for our Helsinki and Oulu stations. We are proud to be one of the first ISAGO-registered ground service providers in the Nordic countries.

Bribery and corruption:
We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. We do not accept bribery or illegal payments in any form in our business operations. We do not give, receive, or request bribes or other benefits that could compromise our impartiality in dealings with partners or authorities.

Avoiding conflicts of interest:
We understand our roles and avoid situations that could lead to conflicts of interest. As a Finavia subsidiary, we avoid situations and actions where personal interests could conflict with Finavia’s or Airpro's interests.
