The extended agreement strengthens our operational foundation and enables us to continue delivering high-quality deicing services during the winter months with next-generation technology. At Airpro, we have long operated with Electric Elephant e-BETA deicers, making Helsinki Airport the first airport in the Nordics, and the fourth globally, to offer electric deicing. This equipment has proven its value over successive winter seasons, reinforcing our dedication to reliable and innovative ground handling services.

Our double-mixing feature allows for precise blending of deicing fluids in both the deicing and anti-icing steps of the process, reducing pure propylene glycol usage. The approach can reduce the consumption of pure propylene glycol by up to thousands of litres per season. The mixing ratio is determined by the prevailing weather conditions.
