Unfortunately, our arrival service is congested and therefore delivering lost and left behind bags is taking longer time as normally it would.
At the moment we are experiencing problems regularly with flights coming from few airports in Europe, which causes congestion in our arrival services in HEL airport.
When lost or left behind bags arrives at the airport and at the arrival service, the passenger receives information about the arrival of the bag. When the delivery is due, the passengers receive information as well.
Due to the current situation our arrival service is congested, we apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to ease the difficult situation.
